We are looking for a Hospitality Assistant who has a passion for delivering the highest
levels of service to clients and employees at Framestore. The ideal candidate will be
friendly, welcoming, confident, professional and approachable with strong interpersonal
skills and excellent customer service skills. They will have previous experience in a high
end hospitality role. Attention to detail will be crucial to ensure consistency and the
effective and timely set up of our client-facing areas, meeting rooms and event spaces.
You will be expected to support the Hospitality & Runner Manager in the day to day
planning and organisation of client meetings, internal and external events. You will work
closely with both them and the runners, overseeing the execution of our hospitality offering.

To assist the Hospitality & Runner manager with the day to day running of all client meetings and events
Ensure all the suites and meeting rooms on the client floors are set up
Create a daily schedule of client meetings and events
Ensure all client requests are completed in an efficient and timely manner
Manage and keep a record of stock
To be the main point of contact for all client visits
