As a Framestore technology recruiter, you will work in collaboration with fellow recruiters, hiring managers, and department heads in order to build a diverse team to support the creation of our award-winning projects.
This role, based in either Montreal, Canada, or London, UK, will be responsible for the hiring of talent in our studios worldwide, allowing you the opportunity to be heard, to take initiative, and to own recruitment-related projects in the way you see fit in all 5 of our studios. Responsibilities:
Full lifecycle recruiting for technology hiring
Find the best talent for our open roles through in and outbound recruiting methods
Create strategies to fill active and passive hiring pipelines through sourcing & recruitment programs, and planning with leadership
Develop ideas to adapt messaging, job descriptions, and any external-facing content/events to help increase our engagement with potential hires
Enhance our recruitment process through the revamping interview practices, training of interview teams, and utilising our ATS
Ensure that every candidate has an excellent interview experience regardless of the outcome
Contribute to the wider global recruitment team helping to achieve long-term goals and projects
Handle sensitive and confidential information and work closely with HR and management teams
Desirable Skills:
Experienced in full-lifecycle recruiting for technical roles
Ability to work autonomously on multiple positions
Deep understanding of the technical landscape, preferably surrounding CG
Experienced at selling value proposition, negotiating and closing
Resourceful in using creative tools to identify and attract highly in-demand talent
Have a passion for building teams and finding talent from a variety of sources
Excellent communication skills, able to work with people across multiple divisions and international locations
Excellent attention to detail
Experienced as an in-house recruiter
