As Head of Lighting we will look to you to help us lead all aspects of lighting and rendering at Framestore across Advertising, Episodic and Immersive shows. You will establish and maintain the benchmark for quality across all shows, leading the way creatively while ensuring the department has the right artists, tools and workflows to deliver the highest standard of work.

You will work closely with the Heads of CG and Senior Talent Team to hire, develop and lead the lighting team. This role will still be actively working on projects to maintain passion and keep innovating.

Pré-requis du poste

  • Outstanding work and a proven track record of delivering quality within VFX

  • Genuine investment in growing and developing the team, leading and enabling the existing team while proactively seeking the best talent to join us

  • Collaborative approach to problem solving bringing both management and team members together with your decisions

  • Strong expertise using a range of software, including Houdini Maya and Arnold

  • Adaptable, interested in development, change and innovation

  • Able to offer advice on guidance on all aspects of Lighting/Look Dev across the department and develop elements of workflow and pipeline as needed
