Framestore is an Oscar and Emmy-winning creative studio with offices worldwide. We work with the world’s biggest studios, film-makers and storytellers to bring dazzling films and episodic productions to life.
October 2021 saw us open our newest studio in Mumbai, and we need a brilliant marketing and communications professional to help tell our story in India. Working closely with creatives, producers, recruiters and Framestore’s global marketing team, the successful candidate will help ensure our message reaches India’s tech and creative communities.
We are looking for a highly talented and creative individual who is as comfortable working with traditional marketing tools as digital platforms. You will understand how to craft engaging, compelling marketing content, and how to reach new, untapped audiences. Key to this role will be an emphasis on showcasing Framestore’s company ethos and culture, and an appetite to highlight the Mumbai studio’s people and personality as much as the excellent work they produce. This new position will give the successful candidate a unique opportunity to gain experience working for one of the most respected visual effects studios, and to work alongside some of the industry’s most talented creatives and technologists.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Film and a passion for the industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepping marketing materials for all communications and channels
Posting material to social channels
Coordinating press interviews and pulling together materials
Coordinating materials and travel for recruitment events and speaking engagements
Helping to supply media and format presentations
Generating creative ideas for showcasing the studio - including ideas for webinars, speaking engagements, press opportunities, comment pieces and content for newsletters
Working with external suppliers and internal designers for branded merchandise
Documenting internal and external events for communication channels
Good knowledge of Photoshop, Keynote, PowerPoint, Adobe creative suite, Excel and social media channels
Experience writing and creating engaging content for a range of different channels and audiences
Must have the ability to learn and adapt quickly
Strong organisational skills
Effective communicator at all levels, with the ability to build good relationships both internally and externally
Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality of output
Willingness to effectively participate as a full member of a team demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic approach
Customer focused with the ability to deliver against expectations of management
Able to work on own initiative
Ability to take and deliver on a brief
Marketing degree at University or similar
An understanding of India’s film, TV/Episodic, VFX or tech industries
