We have an exciting opportunity for an entry level, passionate and forward thinking Systems Support Assistant to join the London team. It's a challenging and ever changing, technology led, environment so we need a quick learner who is a natural problem solver.
The Systems Support team is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting the technology infrastructure. This role will be based at our Chancery Lane office and will consist of assisting with Machine Moves and setups, Specific Onsite Tasks, Help with planning and implementation of returning to work for end users, Machine Building and repairs, Machine Racking, Inventorying and assisting the System Support Manager with ad hoc requirements.
We need someone with a strong passion for technology and willingness to learn new and exciting changing technologies whilst working in a vibrant company with a great culture. Someone who is not afraid to learn new things and who has a keen interest in all things tech!
This is an entry level role
Workstation hardware builds and fixing
Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
Strong self-guided problem solving skills
A commitment to teamwork
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be able to commute and work from our Chancery Lane Office
Willingness to learn in a vibrant fast paced environment
Good people skills and can work well under pressure
Basic scripting language (powershell, bash, python)
Experience working with or supporting OS (Redhat based, Windows and OSX environments)
