The Recruitment Team at Framestore is responsible for growing our artist and technology departments. Our recruiters are talent partners, matchmakers and marketeers. We contribute to the delivery of active film, television and immersive productions while helping shape the future of the company. We partner with our hiring managers to grow their teams with great people in multiple technical and artistic disciplines across our studios.

We're growing our recruiting team to support our technology departments. This role, based in either Montreal, Canada, or London, UK, will drive full-cycle recruiting, and act as an advisor and trusted resource to hiring managers and interviewing committees. You will shape and impact how we grow, the way we’re viewed in the industry, and candidate experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with technology recruitment experience to help develop an area of our business that is undergoing significant evolution and growth and to be integral to the success of our technology teams. To grow within the team, within the business and within the multiple studios supporting technology.

Recruiters at FS have the opportunity to be heard, to take initiative, to own recruitment-related projects, and to be part of the decision process when it comes to our group. With an emphasis on introducing diverse talent, there is scope to be involved with our social equity agenda. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in technology events, educational and diversity partnerships, initiatives and projects.

Based at either our Montreal, Canada, or London, UK, studio you will be working hybrid, with the potential for full-time work from home.

Responsibilities

  • Full lifecycle recruiting for technology hiring

  • Find the best talent for our open roles through in and outbound recruiting methods

  • Proactively identify and assess talent using a variety of sourcing and interviewing methods

  • Create strategies to fill active and passive pipelines through sourcing & recruitment programs, and planning with leadership

  • Develop ideas to adapt messaging, job descriptions, or any external-facing content/events to help impact our ability to communicate with talent

  • Create and nurture high-touch relationships with active and passive candidates, as well as hiring managers

  • Enhance our recruitment process through revamping interview practices, training interview teams, and becoming an expert at our ATS

  • Ensure that every candidate has an excellent interview experience regardless of the outcome

  • Contribute to the wider global recruitment team helping to achieve long-term goals and projects

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information and work closely with HR and management teams

  • Experienced in full-lifecycle recruiting for technical roles

  • Autonomous ability to work on multiple positions

  • Deep understanding of the technical landscape, preferably surrounding CG

  • Experienced at selling value proposition, negotiating and closing

  • Able to successfully navigate an ever-changing process

  • Resourceful in using creative tools to identify and attract highly in-demand talent

  • Have a passion for building teams and finding talent from a variety of sources

  • Excellent communication skills, able to work with people across multiple divisions and international locations

  • Able to thrive in a pressured environment where pressing schedules and fast results are expected

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Customer-focused with the ability to deliver against expectations of management

  • Experienced as an in-house recruiter
