Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting the Client Services Manager and Supervisor in the day to day running of Framestore’s London Flagship office. We are looking for a Client Service Assistants who have a passion for delivering the highest levels of service to clients and employees at Framestore. The ideal candidate will be friendly, welcoming, confident, professional and approachable with strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills. They will have previous experience in a high end hospitality role. Attention to detail will be crucial to ensure consistency and the effective and timely set up of our client-facing areas, meeting rooms and event spaces.

You will be expected to support the Client Services team in the day to day

planning and organisation of client meetings, internal and external events. You will work closely with both them and the runners, overseeing the execution of our hospitality offering.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • To assist the Client Services team with the day to day running of all client meetings and events

  • Ensure all the suites and meeting rooms on the client floors are set up

  • Ensure all client requests are completed in an efficient and timely manner

  • Set up and cater for client lunches

  • Manage and keep a record of stock

  • To be the main point of contact for all client visits

  • Serve clients and producers refreshments and food in review suites on a daily basis in a polite and friendly manner

  • Look after the staff ‘Tea’ points located on every floor on a regular basis, making sure they’re clean & tidy and stocked with the necessary essentials for staff to make tea or coffee etc


Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality, client facing role

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Creative, organised and competent with admin based work

  • Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn and work hard

  • Ability to think on their feet and adapt to ensure last minute requests are executed in a timely and efficient manner

  • Ability to work effectively and have a pro-active approach to tasks

  • Fluent in English

  • Well presented

Desirable Skills:

  • Confident, outgoing, friendly with a can-do attitude

  • Previous training in food hygiene and/or food service

  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
