Job description

A highly energetic, organized, and creative person with excellent interpersonal skills. This person will organize, coordinate and assist events for Framestore employees in-house, offsite as well as any virtual events that we put together. He/she will work with the Office Manager in coordinating and directing the Runner team for their day-to-day tasks as well as assisting with staff travel bookings and various administrative tasks.


  • Organize and run staff motivational events, including summer and winter parties, wrap parties, virtual gatherings, Beer Fridays, etc, in collaboration with the Office Manage.

  • Organize the in-house holiday activities such as Halloween, Easter, St. Patrick, Valentine, holiday week, etc.

  • Participate, assist and occasionally lead the Social Committee

  • Point of contact for staff caterers

  • Ensure that client catering setups meet set standards in collaboration with the Office Manager and Lead Runner

  • Assisting the Office Manager with investigating and implementing new employee perks such as gym discounts, discounts at local restaurants, Café’s, etc

  • Organizing and overseeing the inhouse campaigns such as flu vaccinations

  • Organize and oversee the Wellbeing activities such as Yoga, kickboxing, meditation, etc

  • Will be the point of contact for travel, overseeing and answering questions

  • Maintaining the travel policies, documents and templates up to date

  • Liaise with HR and Immigration travel inquiries regarding work permits

  • Point of contact for questions regarding the travel booking tool

  • Organize and oversee the show merchandise distribution

  • Reconciliation of the Facilities credit card

  • Responsible to create the Purchase Orders as well as placing the orders with the vendors based on inventory handed to him/her

  • Responsible to place return orders, ensure that they have been exchanged or refunded.

  • Along with the rest of the Facilities team, help to ensure that the Studio is kept clean and tidy, notifying any issues to the relevant responsible person
