Recruitment Coordinator

Job description

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic coordinator to join our Montreal recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career with an in-house recruitment function.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the recruitment teams in Montreal

  • Managing the candidate database and ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date

  • Scheduling interviews

  • Assisting with arranging trips, events and job fairs

  • Ownership of the teams' social networking presence and ensuring we provide regular and interesting updates

  • Assisting with sourcing activity for hard-to-fill roles worldwide

  • General administration as required

Job requirements

Skills and Experience:

  • A keen interest in developing a career within recruitment

  • An interest in visual effects would be a bonus

  • Proficient with general MS Office and email applications

  • Experience with ATS systems and on-line networking platforms

  • The ability to learn and adapt quickly

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Effective communicator at all levels, with the ability to build good relationships both internally and externally

  • Excellent attention to detail and pride and quality of output

  • Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines with the ability to multitask

  • Willingness to effectively participate as a full member of a team demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic approach

  • Customer-focused with the ability to deliver against expectations

  • Able to work on own initiative

  • Must be bilingual, French & English
