Framestore is an Oscar, Bafta and Emmy award-winning global creative company working in film, advertising and episodic, with a focus on animation and VFX projects. 

Framestore are looking for a Software Coordinator to support the Senior Software Management team at Framestore. This role will involve supporting the Head of Software, Programme Manager and other members of the Software Leadership Team with administrative duties.

This is a key support role in aiding management to work as effectively and efficiently as possible in a busy global environment.

In addition to supporting the Senior Management Team, this role will also be responsible for the coordination and administration of projects funded by external grants. This involves overseeing the application process, overseeing that deliverables are delivered on time and the appropriate paperwork and financial information is filed with the funding body.

  • Assist the Head of Software and Programme Manager with:
    • Administrative Tasks

    • Preparing Meetings, including helping to prepare presentations

    • Following up on action points from meetings on behalf of the Head of Software and Programme Manager.

    • Recording action points and minutes from major team meetings.

  • Working with the Programme Manager and Project Leads on grant funded projects:
    • Be the named contact person for the grant funding body for grant funded projects.

    • Assist the Project Lead in generating the paperwork to support grant applications and ensure it is uploaded to the funding portal.

    • Liaise with funding bodies to organise review meetings with monitoring officers.

    • Keep record of deliverables required to fulfil the project and ensure the project lead is aware of all upcoming deliverables. Assist with the generation of deliverables where applicable.

  • An interest in visual effects, as well as emerging technologies

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Experience working in a visual effects or games company

  • Experience working within a software development company

  • Experience of grant funded projects
