We have an exciting opportunity for an entry-level, passionate, and forward-thinking Systems Support Assistant to join the London team. It's a challenging and ever-changing, technology-led, environment that is great for fast learners with natural problem-solving skills. This role will be based at our Chancery Lane office and will consist of tasks such as machine move, setups, repairs, and other ad hoc onsite support tasks.

This is an entry-level role and the position will need to be at a commutable distance from Central London


  • Assist with machine moves, setups and specific onsite support

  • Help with planning and implementation of Return to office

  • Assist with Machine build and repairs and machine racking

  • Manage technical issues and requests using our Jira ticketing systems

  • Keep track of all hardware and software assets including rental equipment within the company asset management database

  • Interact with artists on a daily basis using multiple forms of communication including Jira, email, phone, or in-person

Job requirements

  • Hands-on hardware experience; builds, upgrades, repair. Data Center Experience a plus

  • Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and/or Mac operating systems.

  • Strong self-guided problem-solving skills

  • Experience with installing and troubleshooting software issues

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic scripting language (powershell, bash, python)

  • Experience working with or supporting OS (Redhat based, Windows and OSX environments) 

  • Well organized and diligent at task follow-thru

  • Willingness to learn in a vibrant fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated, flexible & strong problem-solving skills
