Framestore is looking for an Assistant/Junior Suites Support to join our Systems Imaging Support team at our Chancery Lane Studio. As part of this role, you will be supporting our suites review environments in a client facing functions of the business. Escalation support will be provided by the other team members.

This role is suitable for recent graduates interested in an IT career within post production and VFX. We invest time into training and mentoring. What you’ll do

• First line support for our review suites in Framestore

• Supporting the other Suite Engineers in their roles

• Perform basic troubleshooting and suite support

• Performing software/hardware installs and upgrades

• Perform periodic checks/preventative maintenance

What we’re looking for:

• Familiarity with Windows/Linux software installation

• Troubleshooting skills

• Good interpersonal skills

• Calm under pressure

You might also have:

• Prior experience supporting, Flame, Baselight, Avid or other similar software

• Video infrastructure experience

• Experience in a post production or VFX facility

• Basic network administration

• Basic shell or python scripting
