The Systems team is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting the technology infrastructure. This includes storage, networking, workstations, cloud, virtualisation and rendering. We invest time into training and mentoring so you’ll stay on the top edge of our technologies.
Within the systems team, you will assist the Level 1 team in triaging, prioritizing, escalating and following up on support requests. You will be responsible for the day to day purchases for the department and following up with the vendors for deliveries. You will also assist the Systems Support Manager in maintaining the Systems hardware and software inventory.
Manage the priorities and escalate requests appropriately for more complex issues.
Respond to basic helpdesk requests;
Ensure proper follow up with the support requests
Drive the communication and purchases orders with vendors for IT procurement
Keeps technology assets, licenses and maintenance contract information up to date
Coordinate the receiving (and shipping when applicable) of technology assets
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of Studio employee’s kit (Systems)
Maintain documentation (procedures, notes, policies, etc)
Excellent priority management and organisation skills
Ability to manage high pressure situations and deal with challenging issues
Strong Microsoft Office or Google Suite skills
Experience with a ticketing system such as Jira Service Desk
Project coordination experience
