Job description

The Technology Coordinator will provide help and support to the HTO, Systems Support Manager (SSM) and the larger London systems team. The role is based in the London office, supporting a busy and diverse team covering the technology infrastrastructure across Film, Advertising, Episodic visual effects content creation as well as Immersive and Realtime projects.

We are looking for someone who is interested in technology and visual effects, is organised and curious to learn new things.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support - Diary, meetings, travel, Ad-hoc support to HTO and SSM
  • Appraisal management - Collating feedback, goals and objectives
  • Expenses - Credit cards
  • Starters\Leavers - Help with onboarding, kit management
  • Communication - Liaising with team, production and vendors
  • Project Coordination - Organisation, research, tracking of key deliverables
  • Documentation - Maintaining procedures, policies
  • Office management
  • Social events

Job requirements

Job Requirements :

  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office or Google Suite skills
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Experience in a PA role, ideally in a technology environment
  • Passion for technology and\or visual effects would be a bonus
