This includes creating visually striking content from crafting unforgettable theme park attractions, partnering with global brands through our advertising and Design teams, creating stunning VFX for episodic work, and executing pioneering captivating experiences.

The Role

We are looking for a VFX Production Assistant to join us working across Episodic Television, Advertising and Immersive projects.

Job requirements

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with senior VFX production, supervisors, crew and key VFX clients

  • Answer emails and take messages as appropriate

  • Note taking in meetings and reviews

  • Update diaries and schedules and general administrative duties as required

  • Help with uploads and downloads of material to clients and internally

  • Being a point person within the production team/s

Job requirements

  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally with crew and clients

  • Able to work well under pressure

  • Excellent organisation skills

  • Strong computer skills, Google suite beneficial but not essential 

  • Some knowledge or understanding of visual effects or post-production

  • An interest in innovation and/or realtime technology is beneficial 

  • Previous experience using a database, e.g. Shotgrid or a similar production orientated tool is beneficial but not essential
