The Role
We are looking for a VFX Production Assistant to join us working across Episodic Television, Advertising and Immersive projects.
Responsibilities
Liaise with senior VFX production, supervisors, crew and key VFX clients
Answer emails and take messages as appropriate
Note taking in meetings and reviews
Update diaries and schedules and general administrative duties as required
Help with uploads and downloads of material to clients and internally
Being a point person within the production team/s
Job requirements
Able to communicate clearly and professionally with crew and clients
Able to work well under pressure
Excellent organisation skills
Strong computer skills, Google suite beneficial but not essential
Some knowledge or understanding of visual effects or post-production
An interest in innovation and/or realtime technology is beneficial
Previous experience using a database, e.g. Shotgrid or a similar production orientated tool is beneficial but not essential
