Please note, this is maternity cover and so some flexibility around start date is to be expected although likely from February 2025. As this is a hybrid working contract, we cannot accept applications from candidates from outside the UK or remote applications. Thank you!

About the role

Based in the Marketing team in London, the Internal Designer role combines strong graphic design skills with cross-departmental collaboration to deliver impactful graphics, illustrations, and visual assets. They will create content for both digital and print mediums, including website pages, social media, advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials.

Job requirements

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining building signage, artwork, and screen designs for the global team.

  • Designing social media templates, presentation decks, branded merchandise, and supporting brand management initiatives.

  • Producing design assets for internal communications such as mailers, presentations, screens, business cards, select website content, microsites, and conference materials.

  • Managing schedules to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Closely collaborating with internal key stakeholders and other departments to create visually engaging content for internal and external presentations and creative pitches.

  • Mentoring the Marketing Assistant in stock management and other design resource needs within the marketing team.

  • Providing guidance and oversight to an Internal Designer based in Mumbai.

  • Collaborate with the wider Design team to brief, supervise, and manage select projects, ensuring alignment and quality across all outputs.

Job Requirements

  • Great attention to detail.

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, layout and composition, and the ability to apply them effectively in various design projects.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google suite and Keynote.

  • Adhering to and creating brand consistency.

  • Experience in presentation design.

  • Experience of working creatively with brand guidelines.

  • A high level understanding of the print process.

  • Ability to mentor and guide more junior artworkers/team members.
