The Role
As an Animator at Framestore’s Melbourne studio, you will collaborate closely with our Animation Leads and Supervisors to deliver high-quality keyframe animation. Your work will focus on crafting compelling, story-driven, and action-packed moments that align with the show's style and pacing.
We are seeking an individual capable of animating both primary and secondary characters and elements. You will need to efficiently manage schedules and deadlines, working effectively both independently and as part of a team to complete assigned shots. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to perform under pressure are essential.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a comparable role, a comprehensive understanding of Maya, and a strong grasp of physical motion, weight, balance, texture, and form. Familiarity with typical rigging setups and animation pipelines is also expected. Responsibilities:
