At Framestore, our award-winning creativity is ably assisted by the expertise and dedication of our support teams. Whether fostering talent, managing resources, or shaping our brand’s voice, they ensure our studios remain innovative, collaborative, and ready to deliver world-class work.

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive HR Advisor to join our London team, supporting our people and managers with trusted advice, process guidance and day-to-day HR operations. Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in delivering a positive employee experience, ensuring our policies and processes run smoothly, and helping to drive continuous improvement across all aspects of HR.

You’ll be the go-to person for managers and employees seeking practical, timely HR advice, whether that’s around absence, performance or policy queries. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you’ll support employee relations cases, family leave, and day-to-day people matters. You’ll also partner with the HR Coordinator to deliver engaging inductions and a smooth onboarding experience, while helping the wider HR team deliver projects that make a real difference to our people.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in a Junior HR Advisor or similar position, ideally within a fast-paced or creative environment. You’ll have a solid understanding of employment legislation, a collaborative approach, and the confidence to advise managers with empathy and professionalism.

At Framestore, you’ll be part of a passionate HR team supporting some of the most talented artists and technologists in the world. We offer a friendly, inclusive culture, hybrid working, and the opportunity to grow your HR career within a global creative business.
