In summary, we’re looking for someone who can provide us with administrative support, more precisely by entering and validating data in our systems, helping to prepare documents for new starters, and with employee confirmation letters/reference requests.

And since it’s the subject of the hour - we’re currently working in a hybrid mode but the onboarding and first week of training will take place in person to help a better integration.
Responsibilities:
Data entry and validation for new HR and Payroll systems implementation
Assist with preparing and sending out employee confirmation letters and answer external employment verification requests
Assist the team with specific local projects
Assist with the coordination of onboarding new starters (contracts and other new starter documents)
Any other tasks related to the position
