Whether fostering talent, managing resources, or shaping our brand’s voice, they ensure our studios remain innovative, collaborative, and ready to deliver world-class work.

About the role

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a welcoming onboarding experience to new employees. You’ll collaborate with HR Business Partners, the HR Operations Manager, and various internal teams to support key HR functions and projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your HR expertise while contributing to exciting initiatives at Framestore.

This role covers four key areas. Here’s an overview:

HR Administration

  • Act as the main point of contact for employee HR queries and manage the HR inbox.

  • Coordinate the new joiner process, from creating contracts to onboarding, and present weekly induction sessions.

  • Maintain and update HR systems (we use Hi Bob), and generate regular reports.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as reference checks and employment verifications.

Right to Work & Visa Management

  • Manage right-to-work checks and ensure compliance with immigration requirements.

  • Support skilled worker visa applications and renewals, staying informed of policy changes.

Payroll Support

  • Provide accurate new joiner and leaver information to the Payroll Manager.

  • Assist with payroll administration and act as a point of contact for payslip and P45 requests.

Job requirements

  • Previous HR administration or recruitment experience (e.g., HR Assistant or Intern).

  • Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Familiarity with HR systems like Hi Bob is a plus.

  • Knowledge of skilled worker visa processes is advantageous.

  • Studying for or interested in pursuing a CIPD qualification.

  • A tactful, confidential, and approachable professional with a solutions-focused mindset.

  • Ability to build relationships across departments and work collaboratively.
