Combining our unrivalled creative craftsmanship with our technical prowess, we're dedicated to reframing expectations for both IP owners and their guests with creative technology, location-based entertainment, and mind-blowing theme park rides.

Framestore combines talent and technology to bring life to everything we create. Driven by creativity and inspired by the future, we set out every day to reframe the possible.

The Role

Framestore is looking for a Line Producer to join our Immersive team in London and is suited to someone who is excited about projects that sit outside of a traditional 16:9 screens. You’ll be at the centre of production, helping plan, schedule and deliver high-quality work while supporting a talented team of artists, supervisors, creatives, developers and producers both in studio and for onsite testing and installation where necessary.

You'll work closely with Producers, Supervisors and Heads of Department to make sure every aspect of production runs smoothly. That means building and managing project schedules, tracking progress across departments, and keeping everyone aligned on creative goals and delivery timelines. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day production alongside the coordinators, making sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

You'll also be:

  • Organising and running key meetings, reviews and daily sessions

  • Keeping production tools and databases up to date with notes and key information

  • Anticipating challenges and helping resolve issues before they impact delivery

  • Coordinating client deliveries and managing post-production wrap-ups

  • Overseeing project coordinators and partnering with crewing, pipeline and technical teams to ensure the right people and tools are in place

Job requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • A strong interest in Immersive projects, gaming, location-based experiences, theme park attractions or Immersive theatre - with the ability to talk about these and demonstrate that interest in existing experiences/attractions and upcoming developments across the industry

  • Experience as a Senior Coordinator, Line Producer or Production Manager on a large-scale VFX, realtime or Immersive project

  • Strong scheduling and forecasting skills using Shotgun/Shotgrid, as well as ideally Jira (or similar tools)

  • A solid understanding of VFX workflows and terminology

  • Experience in production realtime workflows utilising game engine is also ideal

  • Excellent organisational, communication and time-management skills

  • The ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure

  • The ability to work well in a team, but also have the confidence to make suggestions about efficiencies

  • A confident, positive and collaborative approach

  • You may be asked to travel for projects internationally or locally as part of testing or physical installation
