Framestore, an award-winning creative studio, is looking for a well-connected, passionate and accomplished marketing professional to join our marketing team. This role will support Framestore’s Advertising and Content divisions, working across all departments to elevate our visual effects work and drive impactful marketing and communications initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working across our core visual effects work and supporting all marketing and sales activity, planning and executing all marketing plans, programs and campaigns while better conveying the company in the marketplace.
This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role that requires strong writing skills, excellent organisational ability, and a keen understanding of the creative industries. You should be comfortable juggling multiple projects at once while maintaining a high standard of craft and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing, PR & Campaigns:
Plan and execute integrated marketing, PR and social campaigns across our Advertising, Immersive and Episodic divisions.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns, working closely with the wider team to ensure accuracy across all assets and PR.
Liaising with clients on approvals for PR and promotional materials.
Build and maintain relationships with key journalists, publications and industry partners.
Content & Communications:
Write and edit press releases, web copy, case studies and other external marketing material alongside internal communications for leadership.
Generate creative content ideas for social media, campaigns, and activations.
Leverage AI tools for writing and maintaining a consistent tone of voice across all collateral.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce behind-the-scenes films; scheduling resources, booking crew for filming where appropriate.
Review and refine presentation materials for talks and events, ensuring they are on-brand and aligned with Framestore's tone of voice.
Awards & Industry Profile:
Coordinate and submit award entries across key industry bodies (e.g. Cannes Lions, D&AD, British Arrows, The One Show, AICP, etc.).
Liaise with London stakeholders to identify award-worthy work and craft submission material, including written entries and supporting material.
Creating profile opportunities, e.g., speaking and judging.
Liaising with suppliers and event organisers, e.g., 3rd party PR or speaking opportunities.
