The multi-Oscar-winning creative Film & Episodic studio, at Framestore has worked with some of the greatest storytellers in film today. Collaborating with directors and producers across the complete filmmaking process to help design, plan and create beautiful images, we focus on finding innovative creative solutions to support their vision and set new standards for visual effects in cinema.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide general assistance to our clients and employees, in-house and on location

  • Help our clients to feel at home by providing a first class hospitality service

  • Ensure that our facilities are kept clean and tidy at all times and that all kitchen areas are maintained

  • Assist with the production of studio events, screenings, and all services associated with events

  • Available to provide support to the Receptionist, as required

  • Ad hoc administrative or building services duties as required

Job requirements

What we’re looking:

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail

  • Knowledge of photography and videography equipment and tools is an asset

  • Passion, enthusiasm and the desire to succeed

  • Strong problem solving skills and able to adapt in the moment, when required

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment; strong communications skills

  • Very responsive to all requests and naturally inclined to help others

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to lift loads of a minimum of 25 lbs

  • Able to maintain a professional demeanour under pressure
