The Framestore recruitment team works across all of our global offices and divisions, recruiting for every team and level of role. As a globally distributed team it is vital that we are providing consistent and accurate information to our stakeholders; whether to local resourcing managers or senior management.
We are therefore looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join us and support our global vision to transform the reporting landscape within the global recruitment function and enable the team to deliver high-quality analysis and insights.
The recruitment Data Analyst role plays an integral part in helping us understand our recruiting metrics (cost per hire, source mix, time to hire, conversion ratios et al) and to spot trends and opportunities in the marketplace in order to help us make more informed and timely decisions.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain required dashboards and visualisations.
Have the ownership of the master recruitment database and ensure it is well-maintained.
Provide monthly, quarterly and annual global reports for key stakeholders.
Partner closely with the business and our global recruitment team to ensure a high degree of data accuracy is maintained at all times.
Identify data issues and implement corrective actions to ensure data accuracy is maintained.
Create, refine, and automate reporting tools / models / dashboards that provide analysis and insight into KPIs.
Deal with ad-hoc insights requests and queries.
