Framestore is a multi Oscar-winning creative studio. We have worked with some of the greatest storytellers in film today. Collaborating with directors and producers across the complete filmmaking process to help design, plan and create beautiful images, we focus on finding innovative creative solutions to support their vision and set new standards for visual effects in cinema.
The Human Resources department is looking for a Human Ressources Assistant to join their team and cover the Montreal and USA locations.
Montreal Responsibilities:
Data entry, updating and validation in various systems (HRIS account creation and data
updating, Group Insurance and Virtual Clinic subscriptions)
Assist with the coordination of onboarding new starters (contracts and other new starter
documents)
Monthly and Quarterly HR Data Reporting and Auditing (Employee information in HRIS,
Benefits Enrollment, Immigration Data, Headcount)
Manage HR communications for statutory holidays and other reminders
Managing employee requests for confirmation letters and answer external employment
verification requests
Work on ad hoc analytics (French Classes Utilization, Onboarding Experience, etc.)
Assist the HR team with specific local projects
Any other tasks related to the position
USA Responsibilities:
Setting and changing calendar schedules for meetings
Collecting feedback by using Tableau platform for list
- Follow up to ensure enough feedback has been received before review
Sending self-assessments to employees
- Follow up to ensure forms are submitted before the review date
Update Annual Review US Schedule mastersheet when forms are completed,
including updating review dates
Requirements:
Bilingualism (spoken and written French and English) is a requirement
HR or administrative experience an asset
Strong sense of ethics and respect of confidentiality
Detail oriented, proactivity, good capacity to concentrate and work autonomously
Strong sense of customer service
Knowledge of Office is necessary
Knowledge of Google Suite is an asset
Studies in human resources, industrial relations or work experience in an HR department are
an asset
Experience with an HRIS (Hi Bob) is also an asset
Additional Information:
Contract of 12 months with a possibility of extension
Full-time position, 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday
